Our client is an independent fund services provider who is expanding their presence into South East Asia. With an established global brand they are looking to hire an aggressive sales executive to develop new business across the alternative investment industry in Singapore.
Reporting into the General Manager for Asia you will act as an independent contributor developing active dialogues with the prime brokers, lawyers and accountants to facilitate the introduction of custody and fund accounting products when new hedge and private equity funds are launched. You will also develop a dialogue with existing funds to understand the service levels they are receiving from their current providers and position accordingly to win new business.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have 5 years sales and business development experience selling to the alternative investment industry;
- a good understanding of fund administration products and services;
- be pro-active and comfortable working independently;
- fluency in English and one other Asian language.
