Asia Sales and Business Development Director – Fund Services

Our client provides a combination of middle office solutions, technology solutions and fund services to the alternative investment community, creating a new benchmark as a next generation administrator.

A seasoned presenter with an entrepreneurial spirit you will lead the Asia Pacific sales effort.  Defining the marketing plan you will develop an active dialogue with the COO’s of hedge funds, private equity funds, family offices and fund of hedge funds to introduce the full range of administration, middle office and accounting services backed by state of the art proprietary technology.  Understanding the clients specific requirements you will work with the product and operations groups to customise the solution negotiating pricing agreements and ensuring each engagement is driven by the culture of ‘best thinking, best practices’.  You will also develop a pipeline of leads for new fund launches through your network of service providers including the prime brokers, lawyers and accountants.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an institutionally backed firm that is growing significantly in Asia.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • have a minimum 10 years financial services experience with a proven track record in sales;
  • demonstrate a thorough understanding of the asset servicing product suite;
  • have a hands on proactive and energetic approach; and
  • be a seasoned presenter with fluency in English essential and one other Asian language desirable.
